### User is in their rewards site and can report their card on their account lost or stolen {#user-is-in-their-rewards-site-and-can-report-their-card-on-their-account-lost-or-stolen}

The rewards platform can allow a cardholder to report a card or account as lost or stolen at the account level through the rewards website. The affected card or account is marked as *Lost/Stolen* in the system. Issuance and delivery of the replacement physical card are handled by the issuer through a separate process.
