# User Profile Management and Verification

### User is in their rewards site and can see various user details {#user-is-in-their-rewards-site-and-can-see-various-user-details}

The rewards platform can allow users to view and manage their personal profile information through the rewards website. Where permitted, users can update key details, such as address and contact information.

To protect sensitive data, user verification methods, such as security questions, are used when accessing or updating personal information.
