# View before purchase experience

### Customer wants to view the Mastercard installment card before using it {#customer-wants-to-view-the-mastercard-installment-card-before-using-it}

One-time use card allows users to make a single purchase while multi-use card allows users to make multiple purchases. Once issued, Mastercard installment card \& the installment plan must be viewable from the lender app.
Initially, users must be presented with the default UX, which must include the following:

* Clearly display the card limit \& amount available for use
* For one-time use card, clearly mention card can be used for one purchase only
* Provide ways to view card number, add card to digital wallets, search stores from the lender app
* Provide multiple ways to view FAQs and access customer support
* Display empty state messages on the active \& completed tab explaining how the plan will work once a purchase is made
