### Customer seeks refunds for returned items {#customer-seeks-refunds-for-returned-items}

Users must be allowed to return products according to lender and merchant terms of agreement. Once the return is received by the merchant, the plan total and all upcoming installments must be recalculated and displayed for the user, and a notification should be sent to the user, alerting them to the changes.
