# Missed Payments

### Customer wants to pay off overdue balance {#customer-wants-to-pay-off-overdue-balance}

Users must be notified of any payment failures. They must also be able to pay off any overdue balance, plus the remaining balance of the loan within the lender app. Once the payment is completed, the payment details screen should show the installment as paid. Due date for future installments will remain unchanged.
