The Traditional Fulfillment API is a small section of the broader Loyalty Management API and Digital Redemptions API. This API specifically enables fulfillment of traditional rewards like gift cards and merchandise. This catalog is managed by Mastercard.

### Make your redemption options easy to find {#make-your-redemption-options-easy-to-find}

To encourage cardholders to spend their points, make sure to prominently display their redemption options, such as the category for broader coverage, or an item for specific coverage. Fulfillment of the redemption is handled by Mastercard.

While this API only covers traditional fulfillment redemption options, be sure to highlight all the cardholder's redemption options. Mastercard has other redemption options that can be enabled through API, like Pay with Rewards.
