This guide covers the onboarding process for new users.

The Account Manager provides the enrollment form to the Issuer to connect to the STP service.

Once completed, the Account Manager initiates a project with the Customer Implementation Service (CIS) team. The CIS-assigned Manager provides the implementation overview and discusses the business objective, which includes the roles and responsibilities of both the Issuer and Mastercard.

The completed form is sent to [Mastercard support](mailto:support@mastercard.com), which enables STP for the Issuer.

At the company level, the Issuer further configures STP.

After these steps, the Issuer can set up a project within Mastercard Developers.
