The throttling policy is as follows: 500 rps. RPPS Biller Maintenance Service supports only REST. The product is available only in North America. Per the recommendations, Mastercard RPPS highly recommends that you capture the Work Request ID in the Biller Maintenance API so you may refer to the status. The submitter must validate that all Work Requests submitted have been approved. Records may have been rejected during the business rule validation due to being a duplicate. The status of the Work Request can be checked with the Work Request Status API or the UI. If there are other issues that cause the biller to fail validation, edits may be performed in the UI to correct the errors that are available for manual review.
