### The product {#the-product}

Offers for Publishers is intended to drive top-of-wallet preference, incremental spend, and engagement with merchant-funded offers.

Offers are available to all eligible cardholders who opt in and can be personalized based on their spend history. For cards or networks other than Mastercard, offers can be personalized when Publishers provide Mastercard with non-Mastercard transaction data and obtain consent.

Offers for Publishers provides access to:

* Card-linked offers
* Affiliate offers
* Domestic offers
* Cross-border offers
