### User is in the rewards site and can see their points adjustments history {#user-is-in-the-rewards-site-and-can-see-their-points-adjustments-history}

The user is in their rewards site and can view their points adjustments history on their account. The time range of history can be adjusted as well.

Adjustments are usually done by customer service agents. There is another API call to make the points adjustments. This is typically only enabled by customer service and is not a cardholder-facing use case.
