## Overview {#overview}

Offers for Publishers provides the following key functionalities:

* [User management](https://developer.mastercard.com/pclo-presentment/documentation/use-cases/user-management/index.md) enables Publishers to enroll cardholders into an offers program. It also enables cardholders to update, view, and verify their information. Cardholders can also request a replacement for a lost or stolen card.
* [Account management](https://developer.mastercard.com/pclo-presentment/documentation/use-cases/account-management/index.md) enables new account enrollments for existing cardholders. It also enables cardholders to update currently enrolled accounts and retrieve card details.
* [User offers presentment](https://developer.mastercard.com/pclo-presentment/documentation/use-cases/user-presentment/index.md) is used for websites and mobile applications where a cardholder can interact in real time with an offers program to view and activate offers, review redemptions, and review savings.
* [Platform administration](https://developer.mastercard.com/pclo-presentment/documentation/use-cases/platform-admin/index.md) is for operational or backend systems that service an offers program to retrieve offers, filter offers, and retrieve rewards.
