## Overview {#overview}

Offers for Publishers consists of [User Presentment](https://developer.mastercard.com/pclo-presentment/documentation/api-reference/user-presentment/index.md) and [Platform Admin](https://developer.mastercard.com/pclo-presentment/documentation/api-reference/platform-admin/index.md) APIs. These endpoints help Publishers manage an end-to-end offers program across digital channels, including websites and mobile apps, using all capabilities available through the Offers for Publishers product.
