Other reasons can be, the account can be inactive, temporarily frozen or closed at the financial institution so we can no longer pull data. |
| **Troubleshooting Steps**   | Your application should have a mechanism to handle this by deleting the closed account or prompting the end user to add another active bank account to continue.                                                                                                                                                                           |
| **Retriable by End User**   | Yes, your end user may add another account to continue or contact their financial institution for support. Alternatively, they can reach out to you for help.                                                                                                                                                                              |
