# Accessing the Client Hub

The Client Hub is available from the [Mastercard Developers project
dashboard](https://developer.mastercard.com/dashboard).
Warning: You cannot use the [Order Reports](https://developer.mastercard.com/open-finance-us/documentation/client-hub-guide/order-reports/index.md) tool if you log in via Mastercard Developers. See [Accessing the Client Hub for Order Reports](https://developer.mastercard.com/open-finance-us/documentation/client-hub-guide/order-reports/index.md#accessing-the-client-hub-for-order-reports) for alternative options.

After you [create an
Open Finance project](https://developer.mastercard.com/open-finance-us/documentation/onboarding/index.md#create-a-sandbox-project),
you can find the **Access Client Hub** option in the pulldown menu at the right
of the project credentials view.

Each set of credentials, whether in the Sandbox or Production environment, provides access to a unique instance of the Client Hub. This means when you use a specific set of credentials to execute an API call -- such as generating a [Verification of Income](https://developer.mastercard.com/open-finance-us/documentation/products/lend/reports/voi/index.md) -- the resulting record of this report will only appear in the Invoice History of the Client Hub instance accessed via the **Access Client Hub** button of these credentials.

For example, if you generate a [Verification of Income](https://developer.mastercard.com/open-finance-us/documentation/products/lend/reports/voi/index.md) report using a given set of Sandbox credentials, you'll find the report's record only when you enter the Client Hub using the **Access Client Hub** button associated with those credentials.

Similarly, generating a [Verification Of Assets](https://developer.mastercard.com/open-finance-us/documentation/products/lend/reports/voa/index.md) report using a set of Production credentials will make its record visible only within the Invoice History of the Client Hub instance accessed from the **Access Client Hub** button associated with those Production credentials.
Tip: If at any time you want to go back to the project dashboard on Mastercard Developers, click the **Back to Projects** link located at top-right of the Client Hub dashboard.
