# Request Production Access

This guide walks through the steps required to request production access.

### Step 1 - Request {#step-1---request}

The prerequisite is that you must have a Hub account on the Developer Portal, and an App using Mastercard's license.

1. Go to the [Developer Portal](https://devportal.openbanking.mastercard.com/) in a new tab.
2. From the left-side menu, click **Apps**.
3. Under **Apps using Mastercard's license** , click on the required tile for which to request production access.

4. Click **Request production access** .

5. Complete the steps as prompted by Production access wizard to *Verify user data* , *Choose Product* , and *Agree to terms* .

6. Click **Finish** .

   The request is displayed as *Production access pending* . Sales will receive an email with the the collected details, as entered in the wizard, and will make contact about the next steps.

### Step 2 - Complete User Registration​ {#step-2---complete-user-registration}

1. Fill out the empty fields
2. Click "Continue"

3. Specify the solution you want to go live with
4. Click "Continue"

5. Check the box to agree the terms and condition
6. Click "Finish"

You are back on the Apps page where your production access should be "pending status"
