It may help to have the end user log out of the financial institution website on any device they may have it open on. Otherwise trying again later when the additional connections have dropped automatically could help. ​If the issue persists submitting a support ticket is the recommended action. |
| **Common Causes**           | This error can happen for the following reasons: * If the user is trying to log in multiple times simultaneously, for example, if the user is already logged into their bank account, which then rejects a second login attempt. * Mismatch in account information as entered by the end user and what is available at the financial institution. ​                                             |
| **Troubleshooting Steps**   | The end user must ensure to use same login credentials to match what is available at the financial institution. Prompt end user to avoid multiple logins for the same account in order to effectively use the product you are offering.                                                                                                                                                         |
