The following errors occur when the end user provides inadequate response to security questions while connecting to a financial institution.

| **Troubleshooting Steps**   | * Data Connect alerts will automatically prompt the end user when they are in a session to take suggested remediation action on your behalf. * Best Practice: Developers may prompt the end users to log into their application to ensure the end users can take timely recommended action so that data access/refresh can be resumed. * If the issue persists, submit a [support ticket](https://developer.mastercard.com/open-finance-au/documentation/support/index.md#create-a-support-case-in-scm). |
