We offer a range of return user experience features designed to make repeat payments quicker, simpler, and more intuitive for customers. By reducing the number of steps required on subsequent visits, these features minimise friction and help users complete their journey with confidence and ease.
**Cut the user journey in half**

In markets where double Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) is necessary, providing the pre-selected source account proceeds the PSU directly to the SCA for payment authorisation, removing the first AIS SCA step that is required to collect account details. This greatly shortens the customer journey and simplifies the payment flow where you already know the customer's bank details.
