### Detailed Change Description {#detailed-change-description}

**Change 1 Deprecating the `supportsTokenConnect` parameter**

Today, the `getEligibleTokenRequestor` API provides a complete list of token requestors to all issuers. MDES is now deprecating the `supportsTokenConnect` parameter, therefore, only those issuers who support the Token Connect framework will receive the list of Token requestors onboarded to Token Connect.

* There is no change in response parameters.
* There is no change in the existing issuer onboarding process for Token Connect.
