# Test Result Submission

### Purpose {#purpose}

This document provides guidance to submit test result to Mastercard representative (your CIS Implementation Manager) before initiating MTF (Member Testing Facility) testing.

1. Create an Excel file that contains two sheets: Summary and Results sheets.
2. Include a short summary with following information in Sheet 1:
   * Customer Name
   * Customer ID
   * Endpoints are tested
3. Result sheet should contain the following columns:
   * Test Case ID
   * Endpoint
   * Request
   * Response
4. Copy the captured test case ID, request and response per endpoint that you test in this excel sheet and send it to you CIS representative.
