# Image and Document Requirements

## Requirements and Acceptance Criteria {#requirements-and-acceptance-criteria}

* Mastercom supports `.jpeg`, `.tiff` and `.pdf` files only.
* The document name should not be more than 16 characters.
* All documents (for one transaction) size should not be more than 18 MB or 18000000 bytes. Tip: Mastercom recommends that all documents (for one transaction) size should not be more than 14.5 MB or 14500000 bytes to enhance performance.
* The document name should have either English characters or numbers and should not contain special characters and spaces within the zip file name (in case of multiple images attached for a single transaction) and file names within the zip.
* The document should not contain any other extensive graphics or color.
* The document/image size should not be more than 300 X 300 DPI and the pixel count should be less than 30000000.

`TIFF_UNCOMPRESSED`, `TIFF_HUFFMAN`, `TIFF_G3_FAX`, `TIFF_LZQ`, `TIFF_G4_FAX`, `JPEG`, `TIFF_PACK`, `TIFF_LZW`, `TIFF_2D`, `CCITT_G3`, `CCITT_G4`, `TIFF_JPEG`, `TIFF_ABIC`, `TIFF_ABIC_BW`, `TIFF_G4_FAX_FO`, `CCITT_G4_FO`, `CCITT_G3_FO`, `TIFF_JBIG`, `TIFF_G4_FAX_STRIP`, `JPEG2000`, `TIFF_JPEG7`with single strip, `PDF`, `PDF_15`, `PDF_LZW`, `PDF_16`, `TIFF_LZWWINFAX`, `NCR`

The user should clear java cache/cookies/temp/history and log in again to the Mastercom Application.
