The *Mastercard Move: Send Customer Portal* is a near real-time tool that enables Mastercard Send customers to conduct transaction research tasks and download [reports](https://developer.mastercard.com/mastercard-send/documentation/reports/index.md) relating to their implementation. The Customer Portal is part of the *Mastercard Move* application, which is accessed from **Store** in [Mastercard Connect](https://www.mastercardconnect.com/). There are two versions of the application:

* **Mastercard Move - MTF** relates to the Mastercard Send activity for the Mastercard Test Facility (MTF)
* **Mastercard Move** relates to the Mastercard Send activity for production
