The Mastercard Send™ Developers site is dedicated to Mastercard Send API customers, but we know that some API customers also initiate and process Mastercard Send transaction messages via MIP connection. We recommend that both API and MIP customers stay up to date with Mastercard announcements.

Mastercard regularly publishes announcements relating to Operations, Rules/Standards, and other categories that typically impact MIP clients and customers but at times also impact API clients and customers. Announcements describe larger platform or Program changes that might affect Mastercard Send participants and require changes to their systems. These are published to the [Technical Resource Center](https://trc-techresource.mastercard.com/search?value-filters=Type~%2522Bulletin+announcement%2522_%2522Release+announcement%2522&content-lang=en-US&customSort=Publication+date) on Mastercard Connect®.

To help you identify which announcements are relevant to your business, the following spreadsheet lists all non-pricing Mastercard Send announcements published since January 2022. We intend to update this monthly to include newly published Mastercard Send announcements. Check back for the latest updates.

This list of announcements is provided as additional assistance but might not include all Mastercard announcements relevant to your business. It is also not provided to serve as a direct replacement for the [Technical Resource Center](https://trc-techresource.mastercard.com/search?value-filters=Type~%2522Bulletin+announcement%2522_%2522Release+announcement%2522&content-lang=en-US&customSort=Publication+date). ## How to use the spreadsheet {#how-to-use-the-spreadsheet}

The downloadable, sortable spreadsheet contains the following information:

|------------------|----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------|
| Region           | Identifies the geographical region(s) impacted by the announcement.                                                                                                        |
| Number           | The alphanumeric identifier assigned to all announcements, allowing for easy searching or filtering.                                                                       |
| Title            | Contains the hyperlinked announcement title. Yellow highlighting indicates a new or updated announcement that was added since the previous publication of the spreadsheet. |
| Summary          | Provides a brief overview of the announcement's scope.                                                                                                                     |
| Use Case         | Lists the applicable use cases identified within the announcement.                                                                                                         |
| MIP Category     | Identifies the MIP category of the announcement.                                                                                                                           |
| MIP Impact       | Identifies the announcement's impact on MIP clients.                                                                                                                       |
| API Impact       | Identifies the announcement's applicability to and impact on API clients.                                                                                                  |
| Action Indicator | Indicates what level of action, if any, customers are required or recommended to take by the announcement's effective date.                                                |
| Publication Date | The most recent publication date of the announcement, including any modifications.                                                                                         |
| Effective Date   | Indicates the date the announcement changes go into effect.                                                                                                                |
