The [Disbursement API](https://developer.mastercard.com/mastercard-send-disbursements/documentation/api-reference/disbursement/index.md) has this functionality:

| Request Method |                                    Use                                     |
|----------------|----------------------------------------------------------------------------|
| POST           | Create a disbursement                                                      |
| GET            | Retrieve information on a disbursement (including its status) by ID        |
| GET            | Retrieve information on a disbursement (including its status) by reference |

We have removed information about the APIs relating to U.K. Faster Payments because we are no longer promoting those APIs.
