### How it works {#how-it-works}

Consumers can make cashless payments from their mobile phone by simply scanning a Mastercard QR Code. Dynamic QR auto-populates the payment amount so the customer does not have to enter it. This payment method has the convenience of cash and the security of a card payment without needing a card payment terminal.
