The benefit is available to the cardholder To confirm eligibility, please contact your bank that issued your Mastercard card. To start a project using the Insurance service, contact Mastercard Representative/Account Manager or send an email to [loyaltyinsuranceapi@mastercard.com](mailto:loyaltyinsuranceapi@mastercard.com). The user data token is generated from the request which is used in the redirection url that redirects the cardholder to the website for submitting a new claim or viewing benefits. This API retrieves the status of an insurance claim for the given claim ID and postal code.
