## Requesting Access to Mastercard Academy Essentials {#requesting-access-to-mastercard-academy-essentials}

1. Open the [Mastercard Academy Essentials](https://academy.mastercard.com/pages/mastercard-essentials) page.

3. Click **Sign Up**.

9. Locate the activation email sent from [donotreply@mastercardacademy.com](mailto:donotreply@mastercardacademy.com). Spam or junk folders may also require review.
10. Use the activation email instructions to activate the account, set a password, and complete the first sign‑in.
