Tutorials and Guides section explains how to implement common tasks and flows. The API Reference defines available endpoints, parameters, and responses. Always use the latest supported API version unless the Tutorials and Guides section states otherwise. The API Reference governs version compatibility. Although you can skip Tutorials and Guides section, they help you understand required sequences, dependencies, and recommended practices that endpoint definitions do not make clear.
