## 8. Manage Keys {#8-manage-keys}

Create new API Signing and Payload Encryption Keys; you will need these to call the APIs.
You can start testing the APIs using the predefined keys for Sandbox. This will also show the expiry date of all your keys.
Note: When first created, keys will typically have a lifetime of one year.
