# Important - DigiCert Root Certificates

Note: This information is relevant to **all customers of Mastercard Checkout Solutions APIs**.

Dear Customer,
This is to inform you that Mastercard will be making a change for which an update is required on your end for a seamless experience.

### Overview {#overview}

Mastercard currently uses Entrust as its Certificate Authority (CA).Starting this year, the said certificates will be renewed with the DigiCert CA. For this, the customer is required to make updates to their system. Mastercard will provide any support needed by the customer during this time.

Below are the details for inbound and outbound connectivity:
