# Identity Insights Solutions Response

## Overview {#overview}

The response received from the Identity Insights Solutions API is dictated by:

1. The products the customer is subscribed to
2. The Workflow ID value submitted in the request   
   a. Identity Insights for Transactions: The Identity Risk Score with explanatory reason code, together with a selection of single and combination scores and signals.   
   b. Identity Insights Risk Score: The Identity Risk Score and explanatory reason code
3. The attributes submitted in the request.   
   a. The signals and scores returned in an Identity Insights for Transactions request have a direct relationship to the inputs provided.   
   b. A minimum of three major inputs are required to generate the Identity Risk Score for both Identity Insights Risk Score and Identity Insights for Transactions.
