## Log in {#log-in}

In order to complete the onboarding for Mastercard Identity Check Program, the following must be completed:

1. Register for Identity Check Program
   1. Log into [Mastercard Connect](https://www.mastercardconnect.com/mccpblcui/#/public/signin)
   2. Open the Identity Solutions Services Test Platform
   3. Complete module for Registration \& Program Management
2. Create a Mastercard Developers account
   1. Validate your account by following the link sent to your email
   2. Log into your [Mastercard Developers](https://developer.mastercard.com/account/log-in) account
3. Review your customer type as defined in the [Identity Check Onboarding Guide](https://trc-techresource.mastercard.com/r/bundle/m_mipts_en-us/page/d/en-US)

Register and download the Directory Server (DS) SDK Public Certificate to encrypt device information as per the EMV® 3-D Secure Protocol and Core Functions Specification.

* SDK may not be limited only to Merchants, there are individual SDK operators that could be part of the flow or 3DS Server could have their own.

Issuers complete card range enrollment via ISSM on Mastercard Connect. Acquirers complete merchant enrollment via Merchant Enrollment API or ISSM on Mastercard Connect.

## Develop {#develop}

Develop ACS or 3DS Server software in accordance with EMVCO and Identity Check Program Guidelines

Establish connectivity and integrate with our infrastructure.

## Test {#test}

The Mastercard Identity Check Test Platform will also be used to register, and test operators and service providers as defined by the Mastercard Identity Check Customers type.

* ACS/ 3DS Operators require a successful compliance test and receive a letter of compliance (LOC)
* Issuers/ Acquirers need to complete all end to end back office testing and implementations

1. Complete production enrollment
2. Launch and monitor production transactions
