# Availability and Legal Scans

The service is currently available in **many countries** . Before going live with **Mastercard Donate** in a specific country a legal regulatory scan is conducted. As regulation can change, the validity of scans for any new project in a particular country will be discussed with legal prior to go-live. This is in case modifications may be needed. New countries can be easily added to the list and made available according to demand.

We have already conducted legal scans in these countries:
