### Why test? {#why-test}
Usability testing, or user testing, is a step in the design process when you evaluate your product or service with actual users and receive feedback to create an even better consumer product.
Throughout the testing process, you can explore and analyze your target audience's behavior as they interact with your product.
### Testing plan {#testing-plan}
The following behaviours should be tested when the DDMC is pushed live:
Tip: The test should seek to discover if users find the Digital Debit Mastercard (DDMC) easy to use. Tip: The testing should be conducted with a minimum of 10 people in either a moderated or unmoderated setting. **In testing, we are looking for answers to the following questions**:
* Can users find and discover DDMC?
* Can users complete key tasks such as use the card for online shopping?
* Can they easily find their card number, expiry date and CVC?
* Can users navigate successfully through the DDMC?
* Are users able to understand the hierarchy (i.e they clearly understand what the most important elements are) ?
* Can users quickly understand the written content?
* Do users find the visual design appealing?
* Do users say the product works as they expected it to?
* Did users say they thought that most people would learn to use this product very quickly?
* Did users say they felt confident using the DDMC?
Tip: As a guide, if 70% or more of your users respond positively to each of the above questions, then you've created a great UX for DDMC! Note: To download the testing plan,
