### Business sends money internationally to a new recipient's bank account (payment without Quote) {#business-sends-money-internationally-to-a-new-recipients-bank-account-payment-without-quote}

Cross-Border Services support money transfers even if the OI has not opted to use the Quote API. In this case, the user sees the exchange rates after the transfer has been initiated.

The business, for instance, makes a cross-border payment to a new recipient through a money transfer app. Since the money transfer app does not use the Quote API to display exchange rates upfront, the business proceeds without a quote. To begin the transfer, the business opts to pay a new recipient and selects 'Bank account' as the endpoint for the transfer. The business then enters the recipient's personal and bank account details before entering the amount that it wishes to send, specifying either its own currency or the recipient's, depending on its preference. If applicable, the business selects its preferred fee option at this stage and the chosen funding account. Before finalizing the transaction, the business thoroughly reviews all payment details to ensure accuracy and completeness. Following the completion of the transfer, the app provides the business with comprehensive details including the exchange rate used, the total amount paid, and the exact amount that will be received by the recipient.
