## Upcoming API Updates {#upcoming-api-updates}

Here you can find information about upcoming changes that are planned for the Consumer Clarity and Smart Subscriptions APIs.

### Q3 2026: New Stops API {#q3-2026-new-stops-api}

Coming in Q3, we're introducing the **Stops API**. This API lets issuers and authorised service providers create, manage, and remove card-scheme level payment stop instructions in real time. This empowers cardholders to stop future unwanted card-not-present transactions.

### Q3 2026: Updates to Action Survey Questions {#q3-2026-updates-to-action-survey-questions}

Coming soon, we're introducing the following two enhancements to Action Survey Questions:

* A new `isUserEditable` field will be included in all Action response payloads, indicating whether a survey question should be displayed to the cardholder for input.
* Action Survey Questions will be published on the developer portal, providing a centralized source of truth for questions, available values, and implementation guidance.
