Here you can find information about upcoming changes that are planned for the Consumer Clarity and Smart Subscriptions APIs.

### Q1 2026 - New Subscription Action functionality {#q1-2026---new-subscription-action-functionality}

As we continue to expand our subscription management tools, we'll soon introduce several optional API fields to support a richer cancellation flow and help users make more informed choices about their subscriptions.

These new fields will let you present your cardholders with retention offers directly from merchants during the cancellation flow. So a user will be able to reconsider whether they want to keep their subscription active based on the merchant's offer. These retention offers are dynamically generated by the merchant at the time of the cancellation and are unique for each specific cardholder.
