  * Added the [Personas](https://developer.mastercard.com/carbon-calculator/documentation/use-cases/engagement-services/personas/index.md) API to get the list of available personas.
  * Added the [Comparisons](https://developer.mastercard.com/carbon-calculator/documentation/use-cases/engagement-services/comparisons/index.md) API to get a comparison of CO2 emissions in tonnes against everyday activities.

#### Introduced new API endpoints - GET insights by ID and GET Benchmarks {#introduced-new-api-endpoints---get-insights-by-id-and-get-benchmarks}

#### Introduced a new set of API endpoints - GET surveys, POST profiles, and POST insights {#introduced-a-new-set-of-api-endpoints---get-surveys-post-profiles-and-post-insights}

  * Added the [Surveys](https://developer.mastercard.com/carbon-calculator/documentation/use-cases/engagement-services/surveys/index.md) API use case.
  * Added the [Profiles](https://developer.mastercard.com/carbon-calculator/documentation/use-cases/engagement-services/profiles/index.md) API to generate climate profiles based on survey answers and enable profile-based transaction scoring.
  * Added the [Insights](https://developer.mastercard.com/carbon-calculator/documentation/use-cases/engagement-services/insights/index.md) API to get insights based on climate profiles to help consumers reduce the carbon footprint.
  * Added profile as an optional request parameter in the [Transaction Footprints Calculation](https://developer.mastercard.com/carbon-calculator/documentation/use-cases/txn_footprint_calculation/index.md) to support climate profile-based scoring.

#### Removed daily aggregation and enabled file based scoring option {#removed-daily-aggregation-and-enabled-file-based-scoring-option}

* From release v4, removed the daily aggregation from the [Aggregate Transaction Footprint](https://developer.mastercard.com/carbon-calculator/documentation/use-cases/aggregate_txn_footprint/index.md) use case.
* Added new field as "senderId"(customer logical name) in the [Update Service Provider Details](https://developer.mastercard.com/carbon-calculator/documentation/use-cases/update_service_provider_details/index.md) use case. Now customers can use option 2.b to score transactions by uploading a CSV file and skip integration with APIs.

#### Added Card brand types {#added-card-brand-types}

* In release v3, added the CardBrand as an optional request parameter in the [Transaction Footprints Calculation](https://developer.mastercard.com/carbon-calculator/documentation/use-cases/txn_footprint_calculation/index.md) use case. This CardBrand type will be **mandatory from Q3 2022 onwards**, so make sure to have support for this field from optional to mandatory. We used this data to publish the non-switch transactions scoring trend as per MA or OTH (MA-Mastercard, OTH-Other).

#### Removed yearly aggregation {#removed-yearly-aggregation}

* From release v3, removed the yearly aggregation from the [Aggregate Transaction Footprint](https://developer.mastercard.com/carbon-calculator/documentation/use-cases/aggregate_txn_footprint/index.md) use case.
