From the dashboard, account holders can access their entire history of bills paid online using Bill Pay. There are many advantages to using Bill Pay but one of the key benefits is that the platform keeps a record of when and how a bill is paid.

Tip: **Design recommendations**

* Give users the ability to filter by a date range instead of an exact date to make searching faster. The "search" function is likely the primary method consumers will use to look for a bill.
* Be transparent about fees, adjustments and automatic payments within the bill history screen. Doing so provides users context about a bill so they do not have to look for it.
