Another use case involves an account holder who wants to enroll in e-billing at a later date. In this case, the account holder did not enroll in
e-billing when adding the business or merchant. In either case, there are two opportunities to enroll later. The first is from the bill on the dashboard; and, the second is through the bill preferences screen. Enrolling in e-billing later may require an additional step to provide data points. Specifically, amounts due and due dates for the bill if data is inconsistent.
