Account to Account Commerce's flexible set of features makes it easy to build a first-class payment experience. It works across devices and can help a creditor increase their end-customer conversion:

1. **Account on File** - Creditors can offer their end customers, also known as debtors or consumers, the ability to link their creditor account to their debtor service provider account. Debtors have the flexibility to view their linked accounts and can delete them after they are established.

2. **Payments** - Creditors can offer existing and new debtors flexible ways to pay, whether they are using an account on file, guest checkout, or recurring payments.

3. **Refunds** - Creditors can initiate refunds or respond to refund requests from debtors.

4. **Status Retrievals** - Creditors can request the status of an active payment and agreement.

5. **Information Exchange Service** - Information Exchange between creditor service provider and debtor service provider to support remittance payment.
